Ketamine（KET）

Ketamine (KET) is a narcotic drugs and hallucinogens, usually approach to the use of the abuse of cigarettes, inhalants, intravenous or powder into drinks and wine to drink. Usually with heroin, cannabis and other drugs combined, Ketamine users easily generate physical dependence, leading to abuse. Generally taking 2-4 hours can be detected.

The One Step Ketamine Test Device yields a positive result when the concentration of ketamine in urine exceeds 1,000ng/ml.

Benzodiazepines (BZO)

Benzodiazepines are medications that are frequently prescribed for the symptomatic treatment of anxiety and sleep disorders.  They produce their effects via specific receptors involving a neurochemical called gamma aminobutyric acid (GABA).  Because they are safer and more effective, Benzodiazepines have replaced barbiturates in the treatment of both anxiety and insomnia.  Benzodiazepines are also used as sedatives before some surgical and medical procedures, and for the treatment of seizure disorders and alcohol withdrawal.

Risk of physical dependence increases if Benzodiazepines are taken regularly (e.g., daily) for more than a few months, especially at higher than normal doses.  Stopping abruptly can bring on such symptoms as trouble sleeping, gastrointestinal upset, feeling unwell, loss of appetite, sweating, trembling, weakness, anxiety and changes in perception.  

Only trace amounts (less than 1%) of most Benzodiazepines are excreted unaltered in the urine; most of the concentration in urine is conjugated drug.  The detection period for the Benzodiazepines in the urine is 3-7 days.

The One Step Drug Screen Test Card yields a positive result when the Benzodiazepines in urine exceeds 300 ng/mL.

【檢測步驟】Allow the test device, urine specimen, and/or controls to reach room temperature (15-30oC) prior to te

1. Leave the bag at room temperature before opening the bag. Remove the test device in the sealed bag and use it as soon as possible.

2. Place the test device on a clean and level surface. Holding the eyedropper vertically, transfer 3 drops of complete urine (about 100 mL) to the sample well (S) of the test device and start the timer. Avoid trapped air bubbles in the sample hole (S). See below.

Wait for the color line to appear. The result should be read after 5 minutes. Do not explain the result after 10 minutes.

INTERPRETATION OF RESULTS

Negative: * Show two lines. One colored line should be in the control area (C) and the other clear colored line should be in the test area (T). This negative result shows the MOR concentration below the detectable level (1,000 ng / mL).

* Note: The color hatch in the test line area (T) will vary, but should always be considered as a negative value for any weak lines.

Front: A colored line appears in the control area (C). The test area (T) does not show any lines. This positive result indicates that the MOR concentration exceeds the detectable level (1,000 ng / mL).

Invalid: Control line can not be displayed. Inadequate sample size or incorrect procedural techniques are the most likely causes of control line failure. Review the program and repeat the test with the new test equipment. If the problem persists, stop using the lot immediay and contact your local dealer.

人感染H7N9禽流感是由H7N9亞型禽流感病毒引起的急性呼吸道傳染病

。流感的H7病毒通常是一組在鳥類中傳播的流感病毒。流感病毒

(H7N9)屬于H7病毒大類下的一個亞群。
雖然偶爾會有某些H7病毒(H7N2、H7N3、H7N7)感染人類的報告，但

過去沒有人類感染H7N9病毒的報告，直到中國zui近報告出現(xiàn)了這種病

例。中國自2013年2月以來，上海市、安徽省、江蘇省先后發(fā)生不明

原因重癥肺炎病例，其中確診人感染H7N9禽流感3例，2例死亡。3例

均為散發(fā)病例，目前尚未發(fā)現(xiàn)3例病例間有流行病學(xué)關(guān)聯(lián)。2013年8月

份廣東省發(fā)現(xiàn)一例人感染H7N9禽流感，但依舊沒有證明有人傳人的證

據(jù)，鐘南山院士呼吁各界不需要恐慌。

RNA。依據(jù)其外膜血凝素（H）和神經(jīng)氨酸酶（N）蛋白抗原性不同，

目前可分為16個H亞型（H1～H16）和9個N亞型（N1～N9）。禽甲型

流感病毒除感染禽外，還可感染人、豬、馬、水貂和海洋哺乳動物。

可感染人的禽流感病毒亞型為H5N1、H9N2、H7N7、H7N2、H7N3，此

次報道的為人感染H7N9禽流感病毒。該病毒為新型重配病毒，其內(nèi)部

基因來自于H9N2禽流感病毒。
